For its preparation you will need:
- 2 medium-sized cucumbers Rosela
- 500 ml yoghurt
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- dill
- walnuts
- salt
- cold water.
- Cut the cucumbers into small pieces, crush the garlic and mix them with the yogurt.
- Add finely chopped dill, crushed walnuts and salt to taste.
- Thin with cold water to desired thickness.
- Let the tartare cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
